Well done you, it's infuriating when you do the right thing but see others littering, my pet hate.
 
In the case of the dog walker it's his own back yard!
Am I right in thinking that not picking up dog waste is a criminal offence in the whole Scotland?
 
Dirty lot here throw crap every where,best not to say anything as you may get well sorted,police have more to do and turn a blind eye.
 
I totally agree with what you did, have not enough gumption to do that myself (I am a coward). Pat yourself on the back that there man.
 
We no longer fight the ignorant world we would just clean up. Learnt our lesson in Europe when a gang of youths returned to attack us both !!!
