No more noisy generators

I’ve tried to cover all my options two nice varta batteries two 140w solar panels an Efoy 180 if that lot fails and as a last resort ive got a Honda EU 20 but only as a last resort and try my best not to upset anyone but I’d be so upset at my solar and efoy not working that if I had the genny running and someone annoyed me about the noise and I was there first and they parked close to me then tuff shift I’d tell them to go see the duck. It’s all a matter of manners I don’t like noisy generators either but they do serve a purpose and should only be used as backup in an emergency. This topic comes around every 3 months and ruffles a few feathers but it’s good to know how others feel about subject and quite entertaining 😂😂😜

good point mate . if it's a wildcamping spot ,then first come holds the cards . so if i was there genny thumping , compressor firing up , nailguns blazing, saws a'sawing, sanders a'sanding, and someone complained, then i would be quite happy to point out how big the world is m and how many other parkups there must be .
it's honestly never happened though

Hey folks! Do your clapboards rattle in those prairie winds
do your doors sag? If so fer just 50 bucks you get 100 Thomas
Edison Patented compressive fixing devices guaranteed to solve these
and many other problems around your shack, you'll probably never regret
making such a smart move. One week only offer $49.99

We call those devices screws.
Bit like Battery and Inverter in a box. Ecoflow Delta lol.
$1099 I'd expect Lithium minimum.

Whilst not endorsing the product in any way, mainly because of my limited understanding of such things. I leave that to Geeky Phil and others. It looked an interesting product and was merely bringing it to the attention of the community.

Mocking is not reguired.

Some of our members are glad that I had my machine to put power in batteries, also a hell of a lot that have parked up wild camping.
I always have an long lead and put it well away from others limiting noise and only when needed. But I do have 100 watt panel so limited use of machine. Each to their own.

I have just come back from a walk at the drove. Several vans are sat with engines running in fact one parked behind Phil has had theirs running all the time I was out. I fail to see how running a big diesel lump is acceptable when my quiet generator isn’t. Totally agree with Wully and Nigel and am also quite happy for others to stay away from me :)

Please explain how expressing a view on an item that has regularly caused me annoyance makes me obnoxious.
I don’t care who expresses whatever view so long as they don’t try to enforce their views on me. What I don’t like about you is the way you use your dislike of something as a scapegoat to losing wild camping (off grid rather) park ups. You won’t be bothered by me though as I have made a point most of this year to avoid you

Mocking the product not the poster. In fact I thought it was posted for that purpose.
Quote, "I give you the ecoflow delta, and you can recharge with solar panels". Surely
a joke, if not then it does exemplify your limited understanding as you admit to.
Because to me (and it seems to others) this product appears to be merely a battery
in a box at worst and a dressed up battery in a box at best, with a price to match.
You might find it an interesting product, I find it to be a flawed product, particularly
as regards its value for money and the advert blurb, I hope you understand.
