Parasol not needed as the sun was hiding in the Olive tree.

The rain held off until I had a couple of wash loads out in the Hertfordshire air.
So in it came, got re-spun and hung up indoors.
Whereupon the sun has come out.
I'm not going through that rigmarole again, so in it stays. That'll teach it to mess me around.
Now it's time for a bike ride - after all, thunderstorms are forecast so it should be most enjoyable!

Well it started raining yesterday lunchtime and its managed to keep going pretty consistently since then, no need to water the garden again for some time ............................

Blue skies no rain but cooler than a week ago but I’m stuck at home until the 11 th so hopefully a late Indian summer to come in September .

10 degrees but nice and sunny this morning. Just a few showers expected today. ️️️

Nice and sunny at the moment here in west Wales.

Its noticeably cooler though and our heating had the temerity to try and come on this morning!!...in August!!.

I soon put a stop to that malarkey I can tell you!

Mrs GMJ is making noises about putting the heating on or even lighting the wood burner tonight...and apparently putting a cardie on "just wont cut it"!
