-1 degree and at last we have our snow. Today is the once a year event where our 4x4 pays off. Quick trip to the doctor then home to enjoy the scenic snow. 🌧

Not a massive snowfall here, but still very pretty.

30 minutes after writing this, We were enjoying coffee and the works, on the upper terrace terrace .

14 degrees, broken cloud , gentle S.W breeze.

Then Management took her sweater off.
Immediate change of weather.
We're back indoors.. Shutting Windows.

It's a lot less complicated here, it's very cold at night and a little less cold during the day with alternating days of sun with cloud and grey days with light rain.
We like it this way, as we are simple souls who could never cope with all those numbers that you have over there in Portugal.

Woke to snow but I don't expect it to stay for long.

More light snow overnight in Cheshire but dry again now and the forecast has changed from heavy snow showers to light snow so we have missed the worst of it. Supposed to be a slight warming over the weekend and next week is forecast to be frost free.

Perfect day to be locked down indoors. Clear blue sky but -8 degrees now even as it slowly warms up.

Hertfordshire is grey, frosty. about -1°C and still.
I'm expecting the temperature to rocket to a toasty zero whilst I'm out and about on the Brompton.
