That's good news .......I thought that local councils approved (Certified) campsites...not Motorhome Forums (MHFun) ...I could be wrong of course!
MHF have got a few certified 5 van sites. Recently stayed on one in Gloucestershire on my way back from Devon.I thought that local councils approved (Certified) campsites...not Motorhome Forums (MHFun) ...I could be wrong of course!
Motorhome Fun are one of the organisations which have the right to issue "exempted certificates" . They are issued under the 1960 campsites act. The two biggest clubs are the best known for issuing them. The Camping and caravanning Club call their 5 van sites Certified Sites (CSs) The Caravan and Motorhome Club call theirs Certified Locations (CLs). You have to be members of these clubs to use them. The Motorcaravanners Club and Motorhome Fun issue exemption certificates, but you do not need to be a member to use them.I thought that local councils approved (Certified) campsites...not Motorhome Forums (MHFun) ...I could be wrong of course!

We’re in one of those places in Scotland where the postcode covers a wide area in acreage, but actually only about 4 properties. Google is pointing to a farm which is one of them but not on our road. Not sure how I could get this improved - do you have any advice? The what3words takes you straight to us, or searchforsites has the long/lat location right to our door.
