Trotters moonlighting

I spent far too long working for this bunch of wallies. Never could work out how they made a profit.
My happiest day there, was when my license came back from the DVLA without a class 1 entitlement. Since then, work has become just another 4 letter word.🤬

Slightly off piste here but I could never work out when to correctly describe something or someone as "Scotch" or "Scottish"???
Could someone edify me please
K ;)

I think I accidently stumbled upon the answer in my question...
Something can be Scotch... potatoes, whisky, mist, etc
Somebody is always Scottish
Hence the scowl when you call someone Scotch...
Apologies near neighbours ;)

And something that refers to or belong to or affects the Scottish people en masse, e.g. Law usually takes the form 'Scots', so Scots Law
