Anyone changed auxiliary belts on a Citroën Relay '06 onwards

Stuck my head under my 2008 Citroën Relay and noticed the alternator belt is starting to fray.
Did some Googling and what comes up doesn't look like my setup. Serpentine belt and tensioner.

The little pulley (top right) is my alternator
Bottom right pulley drives a pump.
Am I right in saying it drives the power steering pump AND the water pump?
I don't have air con.

My V5 says it's a 2.2 120bhp engine.
Is it just the lack of AC that means I don't have the serpentine belt?

Does the alternator act as the tensioner? Not seeing an adjuster.

You look to have quite an oil leak too unless whoever services it is a bit clumsy.

Yes, it came with that feature
I haven't traced the source. It's not bad enough to need topping up between servicing.

Well thats up to You But people only usually do it when its hidden behind cam belts in this case its easily accessible at any time

New belts fitted. I'll leave fitting the waterpump for another day.
