He's taking the piss with that price lolol
Some strange people knocking about Jim lololWhy do selfbuilders want their van to look like a log cabin inside? Always puzzled me.
You can arrange an MOT 1 month before it is due."Service and MOT 23/01/2025" But it is only the 22nd today!
And looking at what I could buy for 38K, not a chance!
My new MOT starts the 1st of fed but was test on Monday. You can arrange an MOT 1 month before it is due.
That's a refreshing change from the implausibly cheap motorhomes on eBay and it will probably stay there for a good long time at that price.
Would you care to explain your thinking please? That's a refreshing change from the implausibly cheap motorhomes on eBay and it will probably stay there for a good long time at that price.
However, regardless of the price, painting it that colour will make it freezing in winter, sweltering in summer.
Makes it a bad buy at any price, in my view. There's stealth and there's stupidity...
You can have my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter AutoSleepers Bourton, 18,000 miles for that price. He's taking the piss with that price lolol
We too went to one in Leeds with a good name, apart from the rubbish camping mat style insulation and the kitchen layout fixed in stone we really liked it.You can have my 2019 Mercedes Sprinter AutoSleepers Bourton, 18,000 miles for that price.
"presumably this campervan has much more insulation than the average car, so the changes in internal temperature will be minimal IMO."
When someone nails together planks of wood for a roof lining, what makes you so sure they have insulated behind the panelling?
I was shocked once when I went to see the manufacturing workshop of one of the smaller UK van converters - one with a known name, not unheard of. Their idea of insulation was to stick some 3mm thick foam to the outer skin of the van. I drove off in a cloud of tyre smoke.
Where did you learn science? You should ask for a refund.Would you care to explain your thinking please?
Scientifically, shiny white absorbs and emits infra-red radiation better than matte black.
I think a black car may be affected as you suggest more than a white car BUT presumably this campervan has much more insulation than the average car, so the changes in internal temperature will be minimal IMO.
