I have just been informed that the clubhouse has just finished being refurbished, and we will be using this every evening

Us also Mary, and we will have a great meet without a doubt, especially after speaking to the groundsman last night, there have been a lot of changes for the better not just to the clubhouse but also the parking areas have had all the trees pruned and tidied up
