Pre-trip vehicle check? fluids, tyres (inner and outer sides for bulge and cut checks?), hoses, etc.
 
Spare Meds plus copy of prescription in case need to explain .

We usually photo copy documents and keep them seperate. (Or photo on your phone)

Good stock of tea bags.

LPG adaptors.

Handy to put the numbers of insurers and breakdown etc into phone.
 
Currency as a backup in case ATM closed or card problem?
Calendar so you can cross the days off when away and don't lose track of time! I know ...you can use the phone but I forgot to look and lost a day!

From personal experience 2 warning triangles are better.
We broke down on a corner. To be more precise Linda was driving, oh I'm in trouble again.
 
Yes I have 2 triangles one that flashes just put new batteries in it and one that just reflects.✅
