anyone going south for the winter ??

what we liked about benidorm was people watching some of them getting off the coaches from Alicante airport going in to the tall hotel blocks legs like milk bottle's then racing down to the beach & coming back burnt to a crisp then having to stay in their hotel room plus looking at all the cheap shyt in the shops . but we like the different restaurants some good some bad & the fireworks for the chinese new year in feb good display but to old for that now prefer a quite site now 9 euros a night Lecky on the meter comes in about £257 a month if you have plenty of solar panels .cheyenne

there a few people on our site that has those just a bit to big for us plus i like a built in ground sheet .cheyenne
 
only a couple of weeks to go now for us dates just showing up on the weather forecast and it’s significantly warmer 10-15 deg going down the med route , plus i’m planning on touring the costa verde northern spain in late summer so i reckon 750 mls or 3 days to get to barcelona region then start to tour it’s a further 750 mls to punta umbría so another 3 weeks that will get me home to pomarao for my birthday mid february then a couple of comfort blanket stops at silves alvor etc

Jesus that 90 day rule really has a knoc on effect.
We live in France after spending many years touring we fell in love with the place and bit the bullet 3 years ago took early retirement and off we went.
We know English people there who have all sorts of problems re 90 day rule.
Thank god we dont
Its not easy

Huge market on a Monday in Huercal-Overa, Motorhomer aire next to it, clothes start at €1 the fresh fruit and veg is lovely and abundant
