I don’t know if I have posted this already but please take me off the list as I won’t be attending due to my compromised immune system it’s just a risk I’m not ready to take at the moment so sorry.

Meg I'm so sorry but I'm going to have to back out of this meet. There are just too many demands on my time at the moment for a long journey... especially around my newborn grandson. I think I've made myself too useful!

****** IMPORTANT UPDATE. *******

As new instructions have been issued by the Scottish Government this rally will be abiding by the new instructions. No more than 6 people from 2 households to meet either inside or outside. This means that people from 2 vans can be in a group talking, but if people from another van joins them they WILL be asked to split up. Remember that we have the instructions already given about this years camps. You should not enter the marked pitch of another unit. Please see the COVID Safety Rules posted by Geeky Philip on 24 June 2020.
If you are unable to stick to the new instructions please do not come. Stewards will be ensuring that all members adhere to the new rules.

We have been speaking to the venue today who were concerned that the camp would not be able to go ahead under the new COVID rules. I have assured them that Meg and I will be very strict and will ensure that our members do not break the COVID rules in force for Scotland. No more than two vans occupants up to a maximum of six people can meet at ANYTIME ANYWHERE on the site or in your vans.

If you do not want to follow these rules please do not attend.

Just to add that as we (and possibly others) are from an area with additional restrictions we additionally are not allowed to enter another home (or van) at all, or have anyone inside ours.

Would be worthwhile for people to have a "keep clear" type of sign in that situation?
I will admit I am terrible at recognising vans and faces even with people I have met before, so some kind of signage just to reinforce could be handy to avoid inadvertent 'closeness'.

We still have the same rules as others outside, so not really a problem, just no In van visits by or to the affected few.
