Helped a friend make a start clearing an allotment yesterday. It's not his, some rich folk in Durham are going to be paying him to look after it for them while they work away on London (sigh)

Back proper gardening from tomorrow, planting some new bare root fruit trees for a customer Wednesday, rearranging a border for another on Friday. Taking a bit of time off for good behaviour in the middle on Thursday and meeting up with a good pal to binge on cake & coffee and catch up on life in general.

Our old camper is recently misbehaving when starting, so Neil will hopefully manage to start it this morning and get it to local (diesel specialists) garage at Beamish to have it checked over. Still looking for a Laika as a replacement though...

Brill treatment yesterday, called into the theatre on time, painless op, drinking coffee half hour later No sawdust, but I think I heard her mention a large void

Evening all I’ll have to have a trip to the docs tomorrow as I fell on Friday and I’ve done something to my hip and foot, don’t bounce like I used to..haha and the podiatrist thinks I’ve got a small fracture in my foot to start with.. pleased you enjoyed your trip out today Chris

That's rough Jeanette.
Did something similar a few years ago. Didn't get it x rayed cos I didn't think they could have done anything. It's ok most of the time, but sometimes aches in cold weather.
Bit more worrying when your hip has taken a hit.

No Chris she was in the house at the time so I can’t blame her..haha I think it was one of those things where you just don’t know what happened good job I’ve got kiddie glasses because I had them in my hands the arm was slightly bent but I just straightened them unlike myself..lol
