That had me guessing for a bit, teejay. Then I remembered that old ((though to me white hot at the time) technology.
Reel to reel followed by the battle between super 8 (is that correct?) and the Philips cassette followed by cd followed by solid state. I may well have missed a step out.
And I do remember the vinyl variants before that!
