Entertainment when driving ?

Well seeing as Caz is deaf and cab not quiet conversation is out. I quite like the sound of the engine but sometimes we have radio on or when Caz nods off I will put an audiobook on

Radio mostly Heart 80's, Kisstory or stream music via bluetooth.

I sing loudly along and I even know some of the words to songs

A real dilemma for us.

David can't hear the radio or CD unless it's turned up, and i can't hear him "talk" if it's little more than background music.

When I lose the radio signal, I usually turn to CDs because my cab radio doesn't have any auxiliary sockets of any kind. I've got a bluetooth speaker I could use but it's a bit dodgy to mess around trying to find something on my iPad or phone when I'm driving. Lately I've really enjoyed listening to audio books on CD. They're really hard to find these days but I always check out charity shops, just in case.

when on the road..........nooooo radio on etc.........just love to take in all thats going on around......whether it be.. people, scenery, traffic, buildings, etc.......and chatting to whoever else is in vehicle.
when parked up.....use a little battery radio.......usually radio 4, classic fm, or a local radio station.

Everybody of a certain age had a transistor radio when they were young.

It was usually used for listening to radio Luxembourg under the covers late at night.

Not very entertaining but I’m amazed at how many drivers use the mobile phone when driving,being high up in the truck you see all the muppets texting and WATCHING FB OR A VIDEO

Yep. Radio Luxembourg was the one. They don’t make radio stations like that anymore

I listen mainly to rad 2/4, or LBC on my dab (tranny) radio & when I get tired of that I put a cd on & when I'm tired of listening to CD's I listen to my wife.
