the only people i know who have their fingerprints taken ARE criminals so i my eye's yes we will be treated like criminals .which IS true .cheyenne

OR, EU can, and will, use fingerprint ID as part of the admission process. As for 'only criminals ...', a set of fingerprints can be used to eliminate people from investigations, so that would include innocent people instead of ' just criminals' ...
