Hi All. We are hopefully embarking on our annual trip to France on the 12 April for 4 weeks. I was wondering whether any members are currently in France and if they are experiencing any problems with getting diesel fuel. Thanks

No supply problems reported, but financial pain at the price which has been reported at more expensive than UK diesel ...

Filled up yesterday in Brittany, no problem, but expensive

I heard on French radio the other day that the French government has authorised the sale of diesel that is OK down to 0°C rather than -15°C in order to ensure supplies at the pumps.

We crossed over into France today, looked at the price of a litre of diesel at intermanch, €2.33, far more expensive than the UK, I just hope the French don't start protesting and blocking roads like that usually do when they aren't happy, pleased to report no panic buying g here but the roads seemed really quiet today, perhaps the French are using there cars less now.
