I noticed excessive glare and difficulty driving a night , it turned out I had developed radiation caused cataracts at work in Hospital, they sorted both out one at a time and the difference was amazing the colours were brilliant and clarity perfect, you do not notice what is happening as it sneaks up on you. But when done it is so good afterwards. My optician saw it and referred my I got it done quickly as the hospital surgeon recognised it was their fault from lack of lead glasses being available to us.If on unlit roads yes, but if you need them on lit roads I'd see specsavers first.
