Can I thank everyone who attended for making it a great weekend, it's a shame it had to finish in the rain.
I know it's a bit of a a old chestnut but thank once again for sticking to the rule of six, hopefully the next time we meet it will be a thing of the past. Your cooperation made my life so much easier and hopefully so much safer for us all.
See you all soon.
Thanks Lee Phil martin Trotter and all the other organisers and to my new pal from New Zealand Bruce Great weekend again at Hereford we left early for a change and didn’t get to say goodbye to everyone in person. Even though it was a bit on the chilly side everyone was walking round with big smiling faces. All just happy to be out.
A big thanks to the organisation of this, the first chance to get away since Anglesey last year. Hopefully many more to come. Special thanks to Wully for the gas pipe it saved me from another ear bashing from SWMBO. See you at the end of the month.
Yeah, cheers for organising it. Was a bit weird trying to be friendly and avoid people at the same time. Sticking us in the far corner helped with teh latter!
Will be at a few more motorhomer and other meets, hopefully the weather will be a bit warmer and encourage outside socialising!
A big shout out to Lee and all the stewards for their hard work in putting on this meet It was great to see fellow members after what feels like an age in lockdown. Can't wait for the next one, Hollingsworth here we come
Great time . Hope to be more social when circumstances dictate. Weather had its moments but if us soft southerners can handle it then it's not to bad. Thanks to all the organisers and Phil for a well organised and safe event. Good job well done.
After a 5 mile run Saturday (Mel on bike), Mel did her gym class over 4G - no one else joined in!! She did get some strange looks.
But Sunday, and a 21 mile bike ride (Mel using eBike due to foot issues - hence she was only allowed a half!) . They said "prebooked tables only so we can't serve you" - but they were OK if we sat on the bench outside First "pint in a pub" for over a year!
