Jeff I aren’t down for this meet but if I buy something off Andyjanet have you space for me to join for one or two nights? Don’t know which nights yet and not a problem if not as not that far to nip across in the car from Hull I don’t think 👍

Hi Jeff,
Just to let you know I have double booked myself so will only be able to arrend the meet from Thursday evening to Saturday, 2 nights only if this is ok. I will attend the cake event on the Saturday and look forward to it. See you on the 2nd.

This rally will not be affected by the Manchester clean air zone. The government has suspended ALL charges until a decision can be made about the future of the project
You will see plenty of signs along the route, but just ignore them as they are not live and the project is on hold

This is a Double bank holiday week (Spring bank holiday + Queens Platinum jubilee )

Littleborough Rugby Club ( Littleborough sports club ) , Hollingworth Lake, Littleborough, starting Wednesday 1st June Until Monday 6th June 2022. Only 10 min off junction 21 M62, on the border with Lancashire and West Yorkshire, stunning location in the very heart of the Pennines.

Please note this is not the campsite on Rakewood road, drive past the campsite and it is next right after you drive past the old stone derelict mill, it is shown as Littleborough sports club on Google Maps. Also take care when driving down the single track road at the side of the lake, there are plenty of passing points if you do meet oncoming traffic, there will probably be lots of pedestrians walking down this road also so take it nice and easy

There are some lovely walks around the area and lake where you will find cafés, bars and restaurants

The Bar and clubhouse will be open for us every night, also your dog is welcome in the clubhouse but not in the snug room

We will have 4 x charging points available, these are to charge your leisure batteries only, you must book these 24hrs in advance and will be allocated a 4 hour slot. There will be no extra charge for this service

The club has got toilets and showers for us to use

We will have fresh water available, and Elsan emptying points also rubbish disposal. Grey water can be let out onto the grass

The cost is £11.00 per unit per night,

Fire pits and generators are allowed at this camp subject to our terms and conditions. If you intend to use any of these please inform us upon arrival as you will be allocated to a area where you will not disturb anyone who is not using one. Hi Jeff, sorry but we'll have to cancel this one, David's had a fall & gashed his leg open. He's heavily bandaged from knee to ankle & I think he'd struggle in the van. He wants me to send you the gory photos but I don't know how to do it. We'll see you all at New Forest in July.

Hi Jeff, maggyj & Christine would like to come in our place if there's room. They're on tour in the area now. Could you book them in for all nights from Wednesday 1st. They didn't know about the celebrations but I'm sure they'll throw themselves into it.

Hello Linda
Yes that won't be a problem, I have added their name (y)

Any member heading towards derby after the meeting as I need a small bag (windbreak by lillypad) no space needed as such and two poles
thanks in advance as this would save postage
