Hello Matchlock. Yes, it's CRVO I had (have). The Doctors attempted various solutions (like deflating the eyeball slightly to see if pressure reduction causing the block (cholesterol) would move it). I had to have a few monthly visits, extending to three monthly then stopping after they saw no other potential damage or issue. I was warned about symptoms to look out for in the right eye - just in case.Very interesting thread, 3 weeks ago I woke up and could not see properly out of my left eye, I knew that I required a visit to specsavers for new glasses as I have not been for a few years. Got an appointment with the optician but never got as far as the eye test, after taking pictures of my eyes he mailed the results to the hospital, told me to go home and wait for a call he also told me if I had any problems with my right eye to go straight to A&E.
Got a call in the evening for an early appointment the following morning, had plenty of tests and they told me I have a CRVO, if I had gone to A&E initially the prognosis would have been better, as it is now I need a course of treatment to prevent any further deterioration and to protect my good eye.
I have not driven for the last month but after reading the thread it would seem that my Motorhoming days may not be over.

And people worry about a Covid or other injection in their Arms. And you had six yes six jabs in the Eye,Well I take my Hat off to you and others in this predicament. And well done for giving others confidence to drive with one eye.Shows there is always hope and ways to move on.Thank you! After a total of six injections in my eye, it’s a lot better. I have ARMD, but can still drive, I have no focus in one eye. I tend to avoid night driving though. It’s a good day tomorrow?
