Post a photo of your motorhome buddy

And now for something completely different.

How many birds can you see in this picture?

Well we had 5 between us last summer have 6 now. Only 4 in the picture, I think. Barnie the one in the foreground is very ill:sick: at the moment, she has overdone it a bit, she is single but they still lay eggs, instead of laying every other day as cockatiels normally do, she has been laying an egg every day, 6 of them, as well as sitting on the whole clutch, on her own, which couples normally share, she has worn herself out, on medicine from the vets to try to build her up. If she gets through the next couple of day we hope she will survive. All the birds love going out in the MH, when driving along they are all shut in cages and cages strapped in, they look out of the windows to see what's going past, they whistle to us and to other birds outside, or music playing in a vehicle next to us. We quite often shock people who are walking or driving past.:giggle:

Barnie has pulled through, till the next time in any case, that was her 4th emergency visit to the vets in 2 years!!

Here's my group of four legged friends............. and I bet not many people designed and built their motorhome based around the needs of their needy and justly deserving, rescued beauties!
From back to front they are: - Buzzy rescued from Ashington, Tyne & Wear 6 years ago, Ollie from Colwyn Bay 7 years ago and our most recently rescued and oh so sadly abused, ex breeding b*tch who was discovered on a traveller site at Newark 6 months ago.

I looked at those stunning photographs of your best friend and honestly can't believe they are all of the same beauty, can I presume they were taken over several years?
What a stunner though, no wonder your heart is melted by that loving look.

All taken in the last Month on this trip to Bavaria, we rescued her from a lovely couple in Wales, they treated her well but were at work all day

We're sadly down to just two at the moment (from 5)
All rescues and all had as much fun as we could possibly fit in, in the short time we shared...

Just 'Babs' the chocolate lurcher
And 'Sasha' brindle Whippet....

Both of which rule the roost (including sleeping under the duvet)

Always hard when we lose much loved family members BUT we try to look on the bright side of having tried to give them as much love, comfort and fun that we can fit in..... 20181202_111049.jpg
