Tonight. PASTA bake.
1) any pasta Fusille. Soaked in boiled water for say 30 mins. Then drained.
2) I prefer to cook the meat (minced pork) and diced veg in a frying pan..
Then In the monkey
3) layer of pasta, then the meat & veg, pour on white sauce.
4) More pasta and sauce and cheese.
Briefly on medium gas than on lowest setting.
No need to turn over.
Check the pasta is cooked after 15 mins and cook more as needed.
I found that half a jar of sauce (480gm) was plenty
