Thanks guys, we are missing him so much.We are so sad for you. You gave him the best life you could.
Such kind words, thank you so much. It is getting easier as each day passes but we are both still ‘on the edge’.This is so sad. We have been there after losing our Tinker. But, you found Max in a barn and gave him a life like no other. He travelled to many far flung places, smelt foreign posts, poo'd on foreign soil and ran about, no doubt like a loony. He was YOUR dog no matter where he came from and you should feel very proud that you allowed him to live his best life. Condolences to you and yours. xx
He will be over the rainbow bridge waggin his tail. RIP Max.Our faithful scruffy mutt Max came to the end of the road, this evening at 22.50
We found him in a stable 12 or 13 years ago and we couldn’t just leave him there, so he became our constant companion on our travels.
He travelled with us to Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy and The Czech Republic as well as all over the UK.
He wasn’t always perfectly behaved, but was very loving and protective towards us and we shall miss him dearly.

How about Michaelmas Daisies? They bloom in the autumn and come in some fantastic purply/lilacy colours.
