Rouen?

I have written to about-France.com, to see if they intend to change their recommended routes through Rouen, in light of the impending weight restrictions being introduced after June 2024.
Will let you know if they reply.

we have always used the D6015 for years ( to much traffic the other ways ) & NEVER had a problem heading for the N10 route south sometimes staying here

So have we, but apparently they are set to impose 3500kg weight limits after June 2024, which has implications for many of us.

it was with blue badge from camp site reception for ticket but not stayed there for years

No that’s the aire, the municipal campsite is right next to it and only about €5 more if you have an ACSI card (+ a small tourist tax charge). We prefer to pay the extra and use the facilities seeing it’s not that much more.

no they look after the Aire years ago might still do ? & they would give us a ticket for free .years ago all camping municipal in France was free .
in HONFLEUR it was free for 2 weeks BUT now 1 day with blue badge . not been for 10 years so times change & most of the time for the worst & that is a fact

And moreover, the sign states quite clearly "aire de camping-cars". Payment for staying on the aire (during chargeable months) is made at the campsite.
