Have you tried a search around the internet for their name?
You certainly seem to have a fair few around your garden.

Are these chicken of the wood. Did try a little of the last one but it had a slight sour taste

Certainly looks more like chicken of the woods than any other bracket fungi, is it on an oak tree, if it is that would be the clincher.
