Just had an E mail from Vicarious books and it mentioned these toilet bowl liners, I looked on E Bay and they are for sale on there cheaper than VICs, any body ever used them , they are supposed to be bio degradable but I can see blocked sewers if using these ?

We've all had the same email from Vicarious re ACSI book. The last one I got for 2020 was never used. Lets hope there is a chance to use the 2022 one.
Toilet bowl liners will be another way of blocking elsan points. They may be biodegradable but how long do they take to degrade?

Buy a box of man size 3 ply paper tissues. Line the bowl with just one ply. Been using this method since Adam was a lad.

I use them all the time, and there is another make with the same function. Can’t see why I would want to clean the toilet bowl every time when I can ‘wrap and drop’!!

Why? A totally useless thing to want to use, if you need to use an item like that then you are doing something wrong. My cassette is big enough for two days and the second for two more. If I cannot find a suitable plec in four days I am in a peculiar place. I also have a spade.
these things would be a particularly unpleasant item to deal with, but I think they are aimed at lorry drivers with no facilities at all. Shit in a plastic bucket as they are not allowed anything else. Have you been in a layby recently? They stink rotten of excreted body products that are dumped.

Hi we have been using these for a number of years, they are very good and totally degradable same as the toilet paper, which is what it is made of. So no worries about blocking anything and keeps bowl nice and clean.

An ex-boyfriend who is an engineer told me never to use tissues in place of toilet paper, unless a dire emergency. Toilet paper is designed to fall apart when wet whereas tissues are specifically designed to NOT fall apart when wet! Why not just line the bowl with toilet paper?
