I've had it for a while, but it has gone haywire since we went to France.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for meals. I have looked online, but they all seem unappetizing, so unlikely to work for me.

Any suggestions welcome.

i’ve had it 23 years once you get stabilized you can usually eat & drink normally , took a long while to get statins etc all balanced eventually once i was given slow release metformin that really helped , although my medication has been unchanged for about 20years they recently prescribed blood thinners because i’m 75 they sent my figures haywire for a week or so but all settled down now

Carnivorous diet and few carbohydrates, a lot of research on this subject with large trials.
Worthy of anyone's time to research for themselves

That isn't actually very helpful, if you do a search, you get so many different opinions, Diabetics UK for instance, disagrees with the NHS.

But that isn't what I was looking for anyway, the net suggests all kinds of meals for type 2ers, but I was hoping to get more genuine meals rather than a list of ingredients.

Last night Liz made a dessert out of crème fraiche and allowed fruit, it was lovely, but due to my prostate, I got up FIVE times for a pee.

Tw@

the weight is dropping off me anyway, mostly muscle mass due to the hormone therapy.

Be afraid, be VERY afraid, or I might do just that.
