Please to report after sending in a copy of my V5 to TFL, they have now replied and my vehicle meets the ULEZ standard, so I will not be charged £12.50 if I enter a ULEZ zone.

I entered my details, obtained a dated screen dump, and stored it with my vans details.

I'll check again at odd times to ensure ongoing compliance, and store those too.

That is a wise idea.
I knew my van has no chance of sneaking into the ULEZ at no cost but I was very surprised to find I can drive in the LEZ at no cost, so would take a screenshot to "prove" it before I drove in just in case it was a mistake!
