Bright start in Bristol, sunny intervals and 6° so far, still gusting to 40mph. At least it should be dry as we head back to Cheshire.

We're in scruffy, downtown Faro. It's about 12 degrees, due to the sea acting as a storage heater and sheltered from the Northern wind.
It's 20 years since we last came.
Not a nice place to be.
Glorious Sunshine, but only 5 degrees, when we set out.

A little bit of brightness this morning, gentle breeze heading up to a max. of 7°, feels chillier atop the ladder pruning the apple trees.

Beautiful drive up to Glasgow but it’s thick fog and 0 degrees here. 🌫🌫
