We ended up with a pretty good day. Quite a lot of Sun, a few grey clouds but quite breezy so it's felt pleasant,

Colin, we haven't much grass to cut, it's still very brown.

I managed 17 blades of grass, thousands of weed flowers and 3 tonnes of dead moss.
On 5 acres.

because of the hot weather my grass has only had the one cut this year....having said that, it was quite long for that cut..
still lovely and green...no brown patches etc.
today ended up being quite nice weatherwise......better than expected/

I'm sure it will be better without the moss, it's horrible stuff. What I struggle to understand is that weeds flourish, but not the flowers or plants that you want to grow.
