Weather Report..................

The sun is peeping out intermittently from behind the thin clouds this morning. It's relatively mild at about 7°C and the air is still.
Definitely the lull before the Ciara.

So today we'll be off viewing the amazing swathes of snowdrops to be found around Hertfordshire. Because tomorrow they may well have withdrawn below ground in disgust.

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

17 cloudy degrees. The odd Drizzle forecast...Happen.?
The gekos have woken up and are stumping around, bleary eyed
It did rain, however..
Just as we were preparing to lunch, on the lower terrace.
Soon stopped, when we sat down inside.
Sun now blazing through gaps in the " interesting " clouds.
Daughter flying home soon.
The plane left Manchester on time.

It’s calmed down here for now. Tomorrow the taf gives a maximum of 50 mph winds, and it’s usually right. The BBC say it may be 80 mph, but they’re usually wrong.
For Paul and Jenny, the taf at Manchester gives a maximum of 50 kts tomorrow, and it’s straight down the runway so shouldn’t be a problem.

In Hertfordshire at 00:01 on Sunday it's dry and about 7°C. The wind has increased dramatically from pretty much non existent to a gentle breeze.
Storm?
Really?

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

Just got in from the gig, it’s persisting down in a horizontal way, the winds gusting between 40 and 50 mph. Electric is still on, so no trees down yet 👍 Forecast is showing strong winds and rain through to Tuesday afternoon now 😱🙁
