Sunny, showery, cloudy and a bitter wind chill as the sea breeze blows the weather menu through, with refereshes every 1/2 hour or so. Bright sunshne to 'Black as buggery' in an instant!

It's a dull day in the South-East, a bit misty which may turn into an occasional shower. Still managed a shortish walk.

Beautiful border town with
castle, history, and nice people.
Few great eateries and no fast food joints.
No tourists, apart from us.
Handy Aire, just below the castle.
Mild, and sunny.

Wall to wall sunshine and 10 degrees this morning.

If not for my injury we would have been heading off for our annual Spring trip to our favourite place Palm Desert with guaranteed sun and pleasant temperatures in the 20s. Freak weather this year means it would not have been so attractive!



Appropriate for the weather thread to say that every cloud has a silver lining!

Last day up in The Alentejo.
Still chilly, but rainclouds gathering.
Found a superb restaurant here in Alandroal.. Black pork and other traditional food specialists. Excellent wine, produced by the owner's family.
Back tonight.
Rain expected, when we get back to The Algarve, tomorrow.

6 degrees with just a few clouds and another fine day forecast. Spring flowers beginning to appear and my robot mower out doing the grass and keeping me entertained. ️️️

I first saw a robot mower in the Netherlands some years ago and was fascinated, but our garden is too steep.

In East Sussex it's changed from a lovely start and is now turning cloudy (with a misty damp feel). Think I'll sweep up leaves.
