Weather Report..................

We’ve had a rather benign, if wet, day here today. But son and family had to leave Guernsey a day early (yesterday morning) for their horse riding holiday in Argentina. The Channel Islands have been virtually closed down all day today due to Storm Mathis. No flights or ferries off island at all this morning, hoping to get flights off later today but no ferries until Sunday. The perils of living on an island!

Yesterday's light showers cleared away overnight, and it's going to be a lovely dry day with bright sunshine and a gentle north easterly breeze.

5 degrees but sunny. High of 9 degrees but the return of the dreich grey cloud will replace the currant bun

Just 10 degrees so far and some broken cloud but this should soon give way to unbroken sunshine for the rest of the day. ️

We've entered a dry and fine period with plenty of sunshine and just a few isolated patches of cloud. The high is for 10 degrees, but it feels much warmer out in the woods and fields.

Beautifull sunshine and frost on the grass, 2c and to get warmer. Wood burner on for time being.

The overnight frost quickly burned off, and we already have a beautiful day with wall to wall bright blue skies and light easterlies.

Cold, but sunny start, at 2 degrees. Could see 13 degrees later if the sun can stay clear of teh cloud, so perhaps, 'Taps aff'?
