Not a cloud in the sky.
So.. Why is everyone walking around, dressed for climbing Everest ?
Because when the North wind is blowing gently, it's 10 degrees.
But when the 40 mph gusts come hurtling in, it's bloomin chilly.
Not that I've been outside, to check.
