Pleased to report that the sun has been shining most of the day, so not much done. Turned the van ready for the off tomorrow. We’ve got the grandkids for two days, so we promised a couple of day trips, Llandudno tomorrow, I’ve packed the buckets and spades

It's been a lovely day here in the Lee Valley, Herts. Earlier today I had a bike ride up into Bedfordshire and then I did a late afternoon circular walk across the local fields:

I really like September with it's late summer/early autumn colours and hedgerows full of berries.

The weather in Hertfordshire is great this morning with lots of blue sky and warm, still air. So I'll be off for a spin around the lanes and paths this morning.
