Some sleet overnight, currently just above freezing with a light breeze. Hoping it stays dry as we are taking Val's mum for her second jab this morning as last time the traffic and parking was chaotic ..........

The weather forecast for the week ahead, makes Boris's TV show look like a comedy.
5 degrees, now. and that's not far off the max.

Herts has had a couple of rain showers earlier this morning but now the sky has patches of blue, the air is almost still and we're becoming more cheery.
Currently it's about 3°C so a bike ride is going to be more pleasant than some of those of late.

Riding around the Hertfordshire tracks and lanes this afternoon was delightful with virtually still air and a sky washed in blue.
Nature was clearly enjoying the light as much as me:
