welli am awake tried for hour or so to sleep thought get up for little while then try again after that then if still no joy then will take measures to assure that i get some sleep have found a phone line that might be useful to some need to speak to admin about it as i want to post i up on here but want it closed after posting just so those who feel they can benefit from it can use it and that way we dont end up with a drawn out thread about it just those who feel the need for it can use it
