Who's Awake

Morning all, just made it, late on parade again, I've been making two jugs of my famous Yorkshire pudding batter one for a large pud and the other for individual ones, I've made it today as I don't do standing so good these days, so I just have to do the oveny bit in the morning, the mix will be better by then too.
So the question is why is it famous what magic ingredient do you add to make it famous?

Last year at this time I had real problems with the being more like beer mats, just flat and rubbery, been fine lately so digits crossed.
