Not cheap Chris, we looked all over and astounded at the prices, so we bought a used set from a caravan breakers, took the covers off to use as patterns, steam clean the foam and resized it then I bought a Singer from Lidl and made my own from a nice cloth we found in Dunelm.

Mine was spray foamed Chris, what a difference in just driving it, no doors slamming noises, no panel drumming at all just a nice quiet ride, plus it never got too hot or cold.

However, make sure whoever does it is aware of the heat produced in application as they need to put it on in thin layers or it WILL warp the panels and they don't come back, I made sure all my cut out for windows etc were very well clamped when fitting them as we were warned on the SBMCC forum.

Long past the insulation stage Kev and I didn't use spray foam.
