I only take them on docs instructions, but I stopped taking them and one of the Tamsulosin last week anyway, I hate taking drugs, I think the 14 I need to take to stay alive is already enough so any extra I cut off soon as, I also decided I would drop the other Tamsulosin this morning and see how I get on, I have them so can revert back to one a day which seemed to work okay anytime.

BTW last night was the best night's sleep I have had in many years, I woke in the dark for a leak, then again at 06:00 so I got up, but why do I feel more knackered than usual?

I gave up at about 50 after a TIA mini stroke.
