Well done. Whatever you do, it's not easy, though my son in law has started at slimming world and says he's not felt hungry. I'll have to get my act together.

Every week for me is a gain when I had my last Retuximab top up I got a few sucky teeth and tuts at my weight gain from the last one and was politely warned to try to keep it under control but I am crap at dieting and cannot exercise because of my joints yes I know excuses lol.

Well done Tes... that's a really good couple of weeks under your belt :Thumbs_Up_Hand_Sign Or rather, no longer under your belt :Sunglasses_Emoji:
I think I found what you lost though! I've been a bit lazy to be honest and finishing the unmentionable-holiday-choccies hasn't helped. Anyone like the strawberry creams from Quality Street?... they're all that's left now. I'm finding it really hard to settle back into a routine at home and spend far too much time reading or watching movies to compensate for not getting away. There's only so much house cleaning I can do because it doesn't really get messy or dirty with just me. I might just take myself off somewhere for a couple of nights and sit and read and watch movies somewhere else! Meeting my friend Kay for a pub lunch today though... she'll cheer me up.

well done tes do understand that for some it is hard to lose and keep it off well iget told off if i lose butdont carei know what causes it just cant be bothered some days and there has been times when i have been really chasing the black dog for a week or so jennie pop off to devon and see you freind

Oh that's a tempting thought Hipster but maybe a bit far for now. Besides, all my girls are coming to mine in May this year... we'll watch the royal wedding wearing plastic blingy tiaras and drink pink champagne like we did for Wills and Kate... any excuse lol! Duty tells me I should probably arrange to go and see Martin's sister and her husband in Dorset... it's been a while but they bring me down a bit, so it's hard to get motivated unless I'm on my way to somewhere exciting and stop off with them for a day or so. It's funny how some people affect your mood isn't it? I've also got outlaws in the Bristol and Portishead area, so that's another possibility... or one of the 15 cousins I've still got left all over the country! I arranged a cousins reunion last summer... great fun. We lost one on New Year's Eve... he was still in his 50s :( He went on holiday to Australia and had a heart attack... so sad, he was lovely :(

Well lunch at the pub was fab and then I came home and started sorting through wardrobes and drawers for charity shop candidates... at least 3 suitcases full so far! I need to go through every nook and cranny in the house, including the kitchen... I'm such a hoarder. I've even kept clothes for years that are now 3 sizes too big for me, just in case  Time to make up my mind I'm never going to let myself go up 2 or 3 sizes again - like I did when my back first went - and just get rid! Feels good.

try as i might to get this place sorted i never get round to it try and do 1 thing a week but it dont work have a good way when in mood throw stuff down the stair it makes me feel better then ihave get it out of the door otherwise icant get out then get to tip unless iseen a skip have been know to drive past one and throw a box of junk into to it stopp van open slider throw the get out of there quick

It's the sort of job I have to really be in the mood for too but it helps a lot when the house is clean and tidy and I start thumb twiddling. If the place is a mess, like when I get back from a trip in the van, I don't get round to any 'extras'. I need to have another sort through the garage too... one day
