Who's Awake

Morning folks, been surfing (the forums) for a couple of hours but need to get showered and dressed shortly. Son in law is picking me up to go over to your to test ride a hand cycle. Don’t think Caz would appreciate it if I started van up with her and the dogs snoring in the bed. There is a chance we could spend half the day I’m York and get back before she surfaces ha ha

im going to take a lawnmower back for refund........absolutrly useless it is.......bought it cos it was neat small thing that i could perhaps handle......however, it seems to make no impression on cutting the grass....so back its going..........
 
I ended up staying in Stratford all day as it was marked day so I bought a few goodies and then set of home about lunch time home now inspecting my new fishing gear that arrived while I was traveling plus a parcel from the fabulous fishing instructor Chris. ?

tra.la,la,la,laa........received a refund....no quibble.......do love these big stores.........
now i dont have a grass cutting tool.........argos sell one which looks suitable.....however, had problems with them a few years ago....when i bought a hoover.......and the hose had a hole in it........was told .....I/me....should call the manufacturer???..........so wont buy from them again........B&Q had one, however, out of stock in local store.

sooooooo....m grass is getting longer by the day.............so what have you been up to today sue.
 
Trixie Malcolm’s not looking forward to the length of grass when he gets home either, what with the rain and sunshine what it’ll be like a hay field! Lol ?

nowt rong w.it bein a hay field jeanette......dont need to travel far t.be in countryside....got t.ave wild fowers in it tho........just like mine.....got me own meadow all i need now is some sheep or cows or goats then as.ll be sorted.
oh if i won the lottery....wonder if i would still have a wild garden or would it be all manicured......Hmmmmm

Nothing exciting Trixie, just a bit of shopping.

If any shop tells you to contact the manufacturer, tell them, politely, to go do one. The retailer is the one to sort problems, they don't like it but just stand your ground.

Glad you got the mower sorted.

i did all of that sue.....to no avail.......till in the end i left the store before i did something i may have regrettedllll
at the time i just let it go, cos i had so much other stuff to deal with.......

last week had to take some keys back which i had cut.......cos they didnt work.........

Mine will have flowers in trixie they maybe be called weeds though..haha goodness knows what the flowers looks like in the planters on the wall!..lol
 
Morning all,

Weekend again - lawn needs cutting and greenhouse is getting tatty, so that'll pass away an hour or two.:)
