Saw a fox amongst houses leaving Hull last night Barry, not seen one outside our in the country for a few years now, think they have all moved to towns haha

I am awake and just about to dive in the shower. Got to make my own snap as I dropped Caz at home when we got back and went and parked up as I didn’t want to go to storage at midnight and disturb folks. May just stay in it again as setting off to Hereford on Thursday

Yes I am awake I can’t seem to sleep tonight just having a nice cup of Horlicks see if that helps oh and a couple of paracetamol for my pain in my knee done too much yesterday.

Yep, a big change in the weather.

The darker evenings creep on without being noticed. I'm not ready to let go of summer yet.

Morning yes it was noticeable cooler this morning but it’s coming up to my favourite time of year bring it on September is awesome.

have you tried volterol gel for your knee annie .. eases a lot of pain
