It's a bright start to the day here in Herts with no rain forecast! It's still, about 5°C and the sun is making a breakthrough as I type.
So I'll be off around the lanes and tracks on the Brompton later.
But first I have to bake a sourdough loaf that has risen rather well overnight.

Just the weather to go and collect a new car .

Winds veered from NW to SW, blowing the evil weather off to Spain.
Forecast to turn Southerly, later, bringing warm rain .

Hertfordshire is grey and damp though relatively mild at 6°C.
So I've done a load of washing, made a cauldron of vegetable stew to go with my homemade sourdough bread and will try to fit in a bike ride later this afternoon.
