Rutland Water Rally

The dates are 23rd to 28th May 2019 (Spring bank holiday weekend).

This will be a large meet. It is not possible for everyone to sit around the same campfire, so we will not be having the main fire. If you want a fire you will need to bring your own firepit and fire blanket. All fire pits must be raised off the ground and the grass must be protected.

This means that there will most likely be some smaller groups in the evenings.

You can arrive early or depart later as this is a campsite.

There is a charge of £8.50 per van per night.

The site has Water, elsan points and rubbish disposal.

There is more information at the website http://www.lyndontop.com

Post-Code LE15 8RN Not the Lake District one found on their site. Site grid ref 52°38'16.4"N 0°40'30.4"W

Can I ask that members do not park their vans right next to the tap points. We need a large area in the center of the area for the tents and fire pits, so if you arrive before me on Wednesday and have parked in a reserved area, I may ask you to move.
Yess please can you buck me for the weekend but I will have to leave on the 27 as I have appointment at hospital on 28yoursdavid meduck

Was going to be there before but I MUST stay to vote for the EU elections just to bugger them up for trying to get out of leaving. I will not miss that chance to stick it up the current mobs.

Can you put me down for this one please Phil, thanks
Hi Phil,
As you may remember I broke my foot 3 weeks back. I am hoping it will be ok for driving by next Thursday but there is a good chance that it will not be ready yet, in which case I will need to cancel Looking at the list it does not seem full, if that is so I will be able to cancel at the last minute without feeling I was blocking someone. On the other hand if the list is full or filling up I would prefer to cancel to give other folk the chance to go.
Please can you advise me and forgive my longwindedness which probably comes from sitting around all day with my foot in the air

Just come if you can Peter.

Hi Phil.
I've been inundated with correspondence and messages about attendance at the Rutland Water Rally.
.

.
.
But I've decided to ignore the pleas and threats.
Please, Boss, is it OK for me to come along?

Colin :):):)

Have you been listening to those little voices in your head again and all those messages from those special secret friends or is it you need some more grounded conversation after the grand tour with Annie?
