32' max forecast for this afternoon ... Then they tell us to expect a short shower at 1am.
As the breezes are coming from all directions, I reckon it's just a wild guess.
We're planning a trip on the zip line that crosses the river border from Spain, a special treat for the Undermanager, who leaves us on Thursday, after3 months looking after us during Jenny's shingles.. I'm pressed into accompanying her, while Jenny takes the photos.

Well just in case you were wondering here in Hertfordshire at the Hertford C&CC it’s blue skies and HOT HOT HOT ?

That's a nice C&CC site, Annie.
If you have the time and inclination, Hertford has some interesting corners, including many associated with the brewery and Hertford Castle. If you're there for a day or two it's worth visiting Tourist Information.
Down by the Lee Navigation (which can be followed on the towpath down to the Thames) there's a nice pub called The Old Barge.
Market day is Saturday.
Enjoy!

We have just had lunch at The Old Barge and a couple of beers of course.

Sitting on the terrace, now nicely shaded, as the equinox was a month ago.
A pleasant 31'. A perfect breeze, wafts us.
The Alentejo red is at 10 degrees cooler. Alandra.. One for Graham.
That forecast shower, was a hoax I think. Periero, the goatherd, who's flock graze the orchard, below us, laughed when I showed him the screen.. Then he pulled out his his massive iPhone to check.
There's money to be made in goat keeping.!

I woke up this morning.
Somethings wrong, has the heating gone haywire ? NO.
Have I got a temperature? NO
Gosh it's HOT.
Phew it must be heatwave.

Yep, it's blue, blue and yet more blue as the eye is cast around the sky here in Cornwall.
In fact there's plenty of blue looking horizontally:

It's also warm and we have the slightest of breezes.
Over the next couple of days it's forecast to be about 22°C maximum here on the peninsular and about 34°C maximum back in Hertfordshire.
I'm confident that I can cope with either so I'm a very happy bunny.

Colin ???
