Due to boring day-to-day life stuff that's recently cropped up we're not going to be able to make this meet 😕

Hi all , we went to a car boot sale at the Strawberry fields today, very well organised with plenty of room for social distancing and hand sterilisers all over too. first this year at the site, fields looking great short grass and lovely green trees , looking forward to the rally next Thursday and meeting some new folks , if you are going to the meet be aware that there is major works on the M271 at Redbridge and long queues from the M27, if going this way you should stay on the M27 till reaching the OWER junction and come off there heading for Hounsdown and Ashurst, this will take you to Lyndhurst missing the traffic lights at the top of Lyndhurst high street where long delays are caused , big delays there today, I would suggest that you DO NOT stay on the M27 till you reach the CADNAN junction as this route will take you right to the Traffic lights at the top of Lyndhurst High Street which today caused tail backs right back to the M27 CADNAM junction, Today is Sunday so next Thursday may be quieter on these routes but Lyndhurst is a notorious log jam when busy.

Suspect it was bad today because it’s a weekend. Lyndhurst is notoriously bad at the weekend and this is the first weekend of the school holidays. Alternatively from Ower junction head for Beaulieu (Fawley direction) and from there to Brokenhurst missing Lyndhurst altogether. Glad the car boot went well look forward to seeing you all next week

Hi Yes that too is a good route easy if you know it ? or you can head for hatchet pond and on into Lymington turning right after crossing the bridge at the bottom end of Lymington and come at the Rally site from the reverse direction, that is our prefered route home always from Lymington,as we know how bad Lyndhurst can be at times, all the Forest sites were closed we noticed today except the one at Brockenhurst on the Polo fields many vans on that one,

Hi Sue. I'd love to drop in to your meet if that's still OK?
I'd like to stay for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

About time you popped up, Sir Colin. Got some brain picking to do with you ;)
Unless this makes you change your mind.

I am having difficulty putting the co-ordinates into my satnav. Is the site actually on the A337 or can you see it from there please.

Access is directly off A337. Travelling from Brokenhurst Station It is 2.3 miles. The Rosie Lea Tea Rooms & Restaurant is on the left 1/3 mile before the entrance to the site which is on the right. I am sure you will see us!
