Weather Report..................

It's southern-cold, blustery and very wet in Pevensey, Kent.
So we're off to Seaford to see if they're better organised there.

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

Today we drove along the south coast from Pevensey to Seaford via Beachy Head. It was pi$$ing it down on the drive here and it's continued pi$$ing it down in Seaford today.
Then just before sunset this happened:

The sea wall adjacent to our overnight stop has gaps which allow pedestrians access onto the beach. This afternoon the local Council have placed flood shutters in the gaps in anticipation of high tide at 2045 this evening.
Annie has her wellies and cossie on just in case and Bill has crammed himself into a wetsuit and flippers.
I, on the other hand, have gone for the Red Beauties.
Forewarned is forearmed.

Colin 🙂🙂🙂

Seaford, East Sussex, was wet, windy and very much rock-n-roll throughout the night.
So we've come to Lee-on-Solent, Hampshire, where at least for the moment it's much brighter and the Rain Gods are taking a coffee break.
