Weather Report..................

Here in Kent early this morning there were plenty of meteorites piercing the celeste as Chris gave me a tutorial on how to catch whiting and small sharks.
Then I had coffee and watched the spectacular sunrise:

After which I wandered out onto the sand and mudflats to collect cockles and over to the wooden shipwreck to collect mussels.
For me a shellfish meal is a real treat.

Yesterday was a lovely clear affair with plenty of sunshine and a fairly stiff breeze from the south.
And last night at sunset Jupiter and Saturn appeared almost as one planet just above the moon:

It looked very much as if rain was on the menu about lunchtime but it's turned into a lovely afternoon as the tide floods and the fisherman returns to the beach:

Chris was no doubt energised by sampling the cockles we'd cooked for this evening:

....... and the clotted Cornish cream tea we'd assembled from the foraging I'd done on this morning's bike ride:

As the sun settled towards the horizon here on the Kent coast some of the 175 wind turbines of The London Array (once the largest installation in the world at 630MW) was highlighted out on the opposite horizon:

Now look here, Colin....!
I have an unused smug filter.. Shall I send to to you...?
I know how difficult it is to manually remove the pesky smugbits, that creep in when you're posting from Paradise.
I'm here to help.
Weather.....
I'm pleased to announce that I've just necked the 1st hot toddy of Autumn...
If it gets any cooler.....
I'll have to dig out a pair of socks.
